Dining is a key element of Ambelikos Tavern, offering delicious, appetizing healthy options, using locally grown ingredients in traditional recipes. A multitude of herbs and vegetables from our garden will always be ready to be delivered to your plate day by day served either in the tavern or al fresco in the courtyard.
Our speciality is the Chef's Daily Menu of Cypriot and Mediterranean cuisine freshly prepared in our own kitchens to tempt your tastebuds and introduce you to Cyprus food as it used to be. Also available a la carte are local favourites, including fresh mountain-farmed trout, as well as octopus and calamari. A variety of traditional pasta dishes and salads plus a selection of favourite snacks are all designed for healthy eating. The courtyard is also just the place to enjoy a cold beer whilst anticipating the flavours of the Chef's Daily Menu.
Enliven your mood by sampling an excellent selection of wines; enjoy wine tasting nights, with the participation of Cyprus wineries. Try Cyprus liqueurs - Commandaria from the hills and traditional orange Filfar - deliciously different.
Located within the hotel's courtyard, Ambelikos Tavern has a traditional fireplace and a bar.
Ambelikos Tavern opens:
7am - 10am for indoor or al fresco breakfast in the court yard;
lunch from 12pm - 2pm;
dinner from 7pm - 11pm.
Afternoon tea from 4pm - 6pm serving traditional Cypriot desserts.
Room service is also available for an extra €10 per meal.
